I am a firm believer in love and Channing Tatum, obviously.
After every romantic movie the number one phrase every girl says is:
"Oh my gosh, that only happens in the movies."
I've come to the conclusion that real life isn't nearly as exciting as seeing two gorgeous people fall in love from beginning to end on the big screen.
The moment where Rachel McAdams runs to Ryan Gosling in the rain in the movie we've all cried to, is only something us common ladies dream of.
Channing Tatum telling Amanda Seyfried that he loves her in Dear John is nothing but fantasy.
A lot of these movies set up unrealistic expectations for girls around the world.
Even when you do have a cute moment with a significant other comparing it to the big screen, it almost seems insignificant.
The dream of Ryan Gosling running up to you in the rain declaring his love for you is only a dream.
And then I got to thinking, where do the writers for these romance movies get their ideas?
Real Life.
